Sticky caramel chicken
1kg chicken wings cut into 2 sections add pinch of salt and fry for 5 mins. Set a side.
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato/chilli sauce (I use thai chilli sauce)
2 tbsp olive/veg oil
Mix all the ingredients to the fried chicken and cook over the stove on a non stick frying pan until thick and sticky.
