500g tepung gandum
1 cawan gula hitam
1 paket instant yeast + 1/2 cawan air dan larutkan
Sedikit garam
2-1/2 cawan air
Kelapa parut putih kukus bersama garam dan daun pandan
Satukan tepung, gula dan garam di dalam satu bekas dan gaulkan hingga sebati. Buatkan lobang di tengah adunan tepung tadi dan tuangkan yeast yang telah dilarutkan bersama 2-1/2 cawan air tadi dan kacau dengan menggunakan hand mixer sehingga sebati dan tidak berbintil. Biarkan adunan naik dua kali ganda selama 1 jam dan kukus di dalam loyang 10x10" selama 40 minit.

Meatloaf and butter rice
Beberapa hari yang lalu masa berbual dengan kawan kita, dia ada beritahu kita macamana nak buat butter rice. Ala macam nasi yang selalu kalau kita makan western food at food court then sometimes they serve like chicken chops with rice gitu.... Kita sangat teruja nak try sebab Aiman memang suka makan nasi yang ada flavour. So kita pun buatlah untuk dinner hari ini. Mula2 tu kita ingat nak buat swedish meatball with black pepper sauce to go with it tapi kita tukar fikiran pulak....memandangkan kita dah lama tak buat meatloaf so I decided to go with meatloaf instead. Lagi pun buat meatloaf lebih senang daripada meatball sebab tak payah nak gentel satu2 then nak goreng sekejap then taruk dalam oven lagi....quite lecehlah. Meatloaf senang saja...mixed aje semua ingredients then put everything in loaf pan then wait for 1 hr dah siap... Kita ambil recipe ni dari sini
Meatloaf (allrecipes,com)
ngredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried bread crumbs

salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/3 cup ketchup

1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). | ||
2. | In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. | ||
3. | In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf. | ||
4. | Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. |
Zebra cheesecake
Sejak mata terpandangkan resepinya memanglah teringatkan japanese cheesecake sebab resepi dia memang sebijik...hehehe.... Dah lama jugak mengidam kek ni dah akhirnya pada sabtu lepas tercapailah cita-cita nak buat dan makan kek ini.. So here's the recipe...
50g/2 ozs butter
250g/9 ozs cream cheese
100 ml/3 fl ozs milk
60g/2 ozs plain flour
20g/1 oz cornflour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
150g/5 ozs fine granulated sugar
6 eggs separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tablespoons Dutch process Cocoa or any other cocoa powder
Instructions: 1. Prepare cake tin. Lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of a round 12 inch springform tin with greaseproof baking paper or parchment paper). Wrap two layers of foil around the tin to prevent water seeping in. Find a large baking dish that will fit the springform tin. Fill the empty baking dish 1/4 of the way full with water and place the baking dish with water (don’t put the lined springform tin in just yet) in the centre rack of an oven and switch it on to 160C/325F.
2. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler-use whisk to get out any lumps. Cool the mixture over an ice bath. Fold in the flour, the cornflour, 6 egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well. Whisk 6 egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form and there is no liquid egg white at the bottom.
3. Add one third of the egg white mixture to the cheese mixture to loosen. Then add the rest in third batches and mix well and ensure that the egg whites are thoroughly combined gently by folding-there should be no streaks at all. Divide the batter evenly in two and in one bowl, sift the cocoa in it and combine well using a folding action.The most important thing is that the two batters must be of the same consistency for this cake to work
Kuih nagasari pisang
Salam, agak lama jugak kita tak buat kuih melayu sejak bulan puasa yg lalu on sunday kita buatlah kuih nagasari atas permintaan hero kecik kita....actually hero tua pun suka jugak....hehehe. So kat sini kita taruk sekali resepi kuih nagasari tu. Biasalah kalau nak cari resepi kita mintak tolong encik Google tapi kita ada tokok tambah pada resepi yg asal and yg kat bawah ni ada resepi yg telah dimodified oleh kita
Kuih nagasari pisang
Bahan-bahannya:
300 g tepung beras
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
200 g gula pasir
1650 ml santan dari 500ml santan kotak
1 sk garam atau secukup rasa
1 helai daun pandan - disimpul secukup pisang raja di belah
2 daun pisang dilayukan
Campurkan tepung beras, tepung jagung ,gula,garam,santan dan daun pandan dan masak hingga pekat. Ambil sekeping daun pisang dan bubuh 2 sudu makan adunan,letakkan sekeping pisang dan bubuh lagi dengan 1 sudu makan adunan,ratakan dan bungkus kemas2.Kukus hingga masak lebih kurang 20 min. Sejukkan kuih dan hidangkan.

Kit kat cake
Lately kit kat cake menjadi kegilaan kita....semua ni bermula dari Farhanah yang buatkan kek ini untuk birthday kawan dia dan si Ibu ni pun menyibuklah jugak.....hehehe. Then pergi youtube pulak tengok macamana nak buat.... Alahai senang rupanya....asalkan tahu buat kek jadi lah dia cuma perlukan sedikit creativity.... Alhamdulillah ada juga kawan2 yang tempah....
Kek birthday kita and hubby
Bulan October kita ada double birthday...birthday kita and birthday hubby. Kita on the 1st & hubby pulak on the 4th. So biasalah bday kita takkan kita nak buat kek pulakkan? So anak2 lah yg belikan kita kek yg comel tapi on my hubby's bday kita buatkan dia red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and marshmallows topping....
Juadah hari raya haji
Salam, dah lama kita tak buat entry untuk blog kita yang satu ni.....ye lah sekarang kita quite busy mengambil tempahan kek dan kuih-muih. Sempena hari raya haji yg lalu, kita masak nasi beriani untuk hidangan keluarga kita. Rasanya macam dah lama tak buat nasi beriani ikut resepi mak kita so kita pun masaklah untuk raya dan menjadilah jugak.... Kita masak nasi beriani berlaukkan daging beriani, ayam masak merah dan acar telur puyuh...
