Coconut pie


Buat ni sebab curious, bila baca resepi macam senang so cuba2lah memang sedap....kita ambil resepi dari allrecipes. Actually kita ikut exactly semua ingredients & intruction but memandangkan masih ada lebihan kelapa, kita taburkan diatasnya sebelum dibakar dan bila dah siap memang sedap sebab kelapa yang kat atas crunchy.

Coconut Pie

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, margarine, and sugar in blender. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
